This listing is for a 50 non-refundable Deposit for renting Modlode Products.

Under the ‘Notes to Seller’ at checkout leave the estimated quantities and products you would like to rent along with your email and phone number.

Payment of the $50 deposit confirms the reservation and your name, event and estimated order amounts are entered into our Calendar and reserved for you.

Two weeks before the event you will be contacted through Etsy Messages and asked to confirm the amount of product needed. Once we get a response we will then send you a custom invoice through Etsy Messages for the total amount of the product minus the $50 deposit fee.

Your items will be shipped once payment of the invoice is received. You will be sent tracking info. Most product is shipped via USPS Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day delivery.

Carefully track your order and let us know if it has not arrived by the 4th business day and we will then contact USPS and send out new product if needed so you have everything requested for the event. We will not be following the tracking info and ask that you keep track. 95% of the time USPS delivers within their estimates but it is NOT a guaranteed delivery.

Please keep the boxes that the product comes in and use it for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping to our Studio in Minnesota in a timely manner. Within a few days after the event as we will take many other rental reservations.

Once items are returned they will be inspected and if they are in the same condition as when they shipped you will be refunded 50% of the retail value of each item. If an item is not returned you will not be refunded for missing items. If items are damaged we will send you a photos and a refund will not be given for those items.
