Order Processing Time:
All products in our Modlode Shop are made to order. It will take 5-7 business days for fulfill your order to be completed. If you have requested additional customization the order may take up to 2 weeks. Please let us know the date of your event so we can ensure we deliver on time. :)

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which take 2-3 business days to arrive at your location. Shipping only available to the US. All orders ship from our Modlode Studio in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on our acrylic signage. If you are not satisfied with your order or have damage from shipping please contact us right away and we will work with you to find a solution and ensure you are a happy customer.

All custom orders are a final sale. Cancellations must be received within 12 hours of payment processing.
