This listing is for a backdrop sign made from two layers of acrylic.  The maximum size of the sign will be 17" tall by up to 30" wide. Please note that sizing varies depending on the name. We make the name as large as possible until either the height reaches 17" in width or 30" in length. Whichever happens first.

This product is made using a specific font because of the beautiful capital letters. Some aspects may be hand drawn to make it work with your name. There is no option to select a different font with this listing. If you would like a different font don't purchase this listing BUT contact us and we can create a custom listing for you. Likewise, if you would like a color that is not listed please contact us.

How to Order:
Select Base Color and Lettering Color Combination.
After purchase a representative will contact you to confirm your colors and find out the name you want the sign to say.  

Order Processing Time:
- After purchasing you will receive a proof within 1-2 business days
- Orders will take 5 to 7 business days to complete once we have received approval on the design 

Shipping:
-All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery which departs from our Studio in St. Paul Minnesota. It can take between 2-5 business depending on the distance from our Studio.

Returns + Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order please notify us right away. If you have not received a design proof you can cancel and get 100% of your money returned. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in production.

Custom items cannot be returned. If the design proof is approved we will create exactly that design. If the customer fails to notice an error in the design and it has been laser cut a new one can be made but they customer will have to pay 40% of the original price and shipping fees. It is VERY IMPORTANT that design proofs are carefully reviewed and checked for errors.
