Shipping Methods
We currently ship through FedEx and USPS.  Tracking numbers are available for all orders and you will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. 


Cancellation Period 
There is a 24 hour cancellation period for the following products: Mod Sign Holders, Mod Place Card Holders, Spheres, Domes, Wreaths, Ornaments and Fillable Acrylic Box Signs.There is a 12 hour cancellation period for the following products: Any laser cut products - customized or not.

Order Pick Up 
If you are in the St. Paul area and would like to pick up your order from our studio instead of paying/waiting for shipping please select “Studio Pick Up.” 

Returns & Refunds 
We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt of your order. If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us at within this 7 day window and we will either send you a replacement, exchange the item for another of similar or comparable monetary value or issue you a full refund once the item has been returned.  If an item is returned but has been damaged during shipping a full refund will not be granted.  The value of the damaged item will be subtracted from the refund.  

Custom orders, custom laser cut orders or large wedding orders cannot be returned.  We encourage our customers to order a sample prior to purchasing a large order of spheres or domes.  We will gladly refund the cost to ship the sample once the wedding/event order is placed.  

If you order has been damaged during shipping please take a photo of the box as well as the damaged items so that we can contact the shipping company to collect damages.  We want our items to arrive in perfect condition and will send out replacements as soon as possible for any order that doesn't arrive as it should.  It is important to open up any wedding orders once received to check that nothing has been damaged.  This will ensure time for the replacement to be received in time for the event.    

Shipping - United States
The majority of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day estimated delivery within the United States.  A shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Express, a 1-2 day guaranteed delivery is available on our website.

We use Fedex Home Delivery Service which is up to a 5 day delivery service for all wedding/event orders of spheres, domes, larger hanging fixtures or wreaths.  From our experience, Fedex is more reliable with FRAGILE items and has the most economical shipping for larger boxes.  If you have your own shipping account with Fedex, DHL or UPS and would like I to ship your order with that account please contact us.  

International Shipping
We will ship orders of Sign Holders, Place Card Holders, Ornament Sets internationally and small laser cut products such as acrylic place cards or names.   The cheapest option is USPS Priority Mail First Class.  It takes 3-4 weeks to arrive at your location.  Flat rate is $25 for this service but tracking is only available within the United States.  If you need your order faster than this shipping via USPS Priority Mail International is available for the cost of $50 and this takes 6-10 business days and has full tracking from our location to yours. The quickest shipping option is USPS International Priority Mail Express which takes 3-5 business days.  Cost is approximately $70USD.   Please email if you have any questions.  

Rush orders are available.  We are very busy during wedding season (March to August) and the Holiday Season (November, December) but always try to accommodate rush orders as best we can.  Please contact us by email to inquire about a rush order to
