Return Policy

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To return an item, email us at info@modlode.com to notify us of your request for refund.  A representative will give you the address to ship the items back to our Modlode Studio.  Be sure to include your invoice in the box so we know who to credit the return to.  Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee costs.  For more detailed instructions about our return policy, and to find out what exclusions apply to returns, please continue reading below.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, send us an email at info@modlode.com.  If you receive a damaged shipment you will be requested to to take photographs of the box (all 4 sides), the packaging material included in the box and the damaged products.  This will allow us to file an insurance claim with the shipping company.  

STANDARD RETURNS:

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 14 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include custom laser products, any customized acrylic boxes, and bulk orders of Spheres or Domes as these are made to order.  We encourage all our customers to order a sample centerpiece before placing a large bulk order so you are sure it's exactly what you are looking for.  

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color we are more than happy to accommodate your request.  Simply email us at info@modlode.com and we will send you all the details needed to ship your items back and will promptly send out the replacements.  If it's getting close to your event we'll even ship out the replacements before receiving the original products. A custom invoice would be sent to you via email for the new items.  Your refund for the original order will be processed once received at our Modlode Studio.
