Since this item is made to order it is not returnable. However, if your purchase arrives damaged please photograph the damage along with the box from each angle and the packaging material. Contact us right away and we will file a claim with UPS. You are required to keep the boxes and packaging for 5 business days in case UPS would like to inspect. Once we receive the photos for the claim we will send you a new sign.
