This listing is for a CUSTOM Welcome Sign Set - 2 pieces. The larger sign has 3D lettering that is laser cut from acrylic for the name of the couple getting married. All other lettering is UV printed onto the signs. The signs are designed to slightly overlap each other. They do not come with a base or stand. If you are interested in hearing about base options please message us.

If you purchase this listing we will work with you to create a design that you love. We will send you font options, color options and you are welcome to send us inspiration images so we can see the style you are looking for. Design and editing fees are included in the price.

A design proof will be sent to the custom prior to production.

Order Processing Time:
All products in our Modlode Shop are made to order. We will contact you after purchase and then again with a design proof within 4 business days. Once approved your sign will go into production which could take 5 business days depending on how busy we are in the Modlode Studio. Please let us know the date of your event so we can ensure we deliver on time. :)

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS 3Day Shipping. We find that UPS is too rough with Ground delivery so we opt to select the 3Day to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping only available to the US - within domestic US states only. All orders ship from our Modlode Studio in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on our custom acrylic signage. If you are not satisfied with your order or have damage from shipping please contact us right away and we will work with you to find a solution and ensure you are a happy customer.

All custom orders are a final sale. Cancellations must be received prior to our designers starting to work on your order.
